Please remember, if you make a reservation for a Chapter-sponsored Seminar and DO NOT cancel 72 hours before the event, not counting weekends and holidays - you will NOT receive a refund. For example, if the event is scheduled for noon on a Monday, your cancellation request must be received by noon on the preceding Wednesday.  If you cancel prior to this deadline, you will be issued a refund less the applicable service charges (which may vary by event).
